Exaro vs 3D AI Studio: one app for many generators, or your own AI building the model?

3D AI Studio puts many AI 3D generators, including Meshy, Tripo, Rodin and Hunyuan3D, behind one credit balance. Exaro Model has your own AI build part-based, rigged models in Blender. How they compare.

3D AI Studio (3daistudio.com) takes an interesting approach to AI 3D: rather than betting on one model, it gives you many of them behind one login. Exaro Model takes a different approach altogether. Here's how they compare.

Facts about 3D AI Studio are from its own website as of October 2026, linked below. Check it for the latest.

Two different approaches

3D AI Studio aggregates generators. It offers its own Prism engines alongside third-party models, including Meshy, Tripo, Rodin (Hyper3D), Hunyuan3D and Trellis, and you can switch model per generation (3D AI Studio). It adds texturing, quad remeshing and LODs, UV unwrapping, rigging and animation, plus image and video tools, all on one credit balance (pricing).

Exaro Model builds. It connects the AI you already use (Claude, Codex, Cursor or a local model) to Blender 5.2 over MCP. Your AI builds the object part by part while Exaro runs live model checks and fixes common faults. Construction kits supply the parts that have to fit, join or move, with their animation clips.

How a model is made Predicted by one of 20+ generators Built in Blender by your AI, part by part
Separate moving parts Depends on the generator; generally one mesh Each part its own object, with pivots
AI you use Its own and third-party generators, via credits Your own: Claude, Codex, Cursor or local
Pricing model Monthly credit plans and one-time credit packs (pricing) $29/month or $249/year; Studio $999/year (pricing)

Where 3D AI Studio shines

If you want to try many generators without juggling accounts, 3D AI Studio is convenient: one balance, side-by-side models, and free remeshing and texturing tools. For quick concept work, comparing which engine handles your style best, or producing lots of static props, that flexibility is useful.

The limit of any generator

Whichever engine 3D AI Studio routes your request to, the result is a predicted surface. Independent reviewers note that text-to-3D can take several attempts for mechanical objects (Ai Miracle), and generated meshes generally need cleanup before they behave in a game. A generator gives you the shape of a door, not a door on a hinge.

Exaro Model builds the door, the hinge and the frame as separate parts, so your AI can rig them, check them and fix them, and the model exports ready for Unreal, Unity or Godot.

The Flyable Narrow-Body Airliner

Our studio builds with the tools behind Exaro Model. The Flyable Narrow-Body Airliner has working gear, flaps, spoilers and doors and a complete cabin, and you can fly it in Unreal. (These capabilities reach Exaro Model as they pass our quality gates; the Exaro Model page lists what's in the product today.)

Your AI, not more credits

There's a pricing difference too. With a credit-based generator, every attempt costs credits. Exaro Model runs on the AI subscription you already pay for, such as Claude, Codex or a local model, so iterating on a build doesn't spend from a separate balance.

The bottom line

  • Choose 3D AI Studio if you want many generators in one place for fast, mostly static assets and concept work.
  • Choose Exaro Model if you want models made of real parts that move and rig, built by the AI you already use, and delivered straight into your engine.

And whichever you choose, Exaro Unreal lets your AI place, wire up and test assets inside Unreal Engine, and Exaro Assets has finished, rigged props and levels ready today.
