Build the tools game makers use with AI.
Exaro Studio has been shipping games and the tools that make them since 2012. Today we build Exaro Model, Exaro Unreal and Exaro Assets: tools that let the AI you already use build 3D models and work inside Unreal Engine, and a marketplace of game-ready assets.
We build the connective tissue between AI agents, game editors and production-ready content. If you care about tools that make ambitious work possible, we would like to hear from you.
AI Developer
Build the intelligence layer that lets an AI agent understand a real Unreal project, choose the right tools, and carry complex work through to a finished result.
What you will do
- Design agent workflows, tool schemas, prompts, and evaluation harnesses for production tasks.
- Connect models to Unreal editor state, marketplace assets, and deterministic build operations.
- Turn failures into better context, safer approvals, and more reliable autonomous behavior.
What we are looking for
Strong software fundamentals, practical experience with LLM or agent systems, and a bias toward shipping measurable improvements. Unreal experience is useful; curiosity about how creative teams actually work is essential.
Real-World Models
Build the catalog of believable, useful things that gives creators a head start: well-observed objects, environments, and materials that hold up inside real projects.
What you will do
- Capture, model, texture, and optimize real-world objects for game engines and interactive scenes.
- Define quality standards for scale, topology, materials, collisions, LODs, and licensing.
- Work with our modeling tools and model checks to find gaps, raise the quality bar and improve consistency.
What we are looking for
Excellent 3D judgment and a sharp eye for proportion, materials, and production readiness. Experience with Blender, Houdini, photogrammetry, Substance, or Unreal is welcome; disciplined craft matters more than a specific tool.
