Exaro Model: your AI builds the 3D model in Blender, and Exaro checks it

Exaro Model connects Claude, Codex, Cursor or a local model to Blender 5.2 over MCP, with live model checks, construction kits, humanoid rigging and GLB/FBX export for Unreal, Unity and Godot.

Most AI 3D tools work the same way: you type a prompt or upload an image, and a model predicts a mesh. That's fast, and for a lot of things it's good enough. But anyone who has dropped one of those meshes into a game engine knows what usually comes next: lumpy topology, lighting baked into the texture, parts that are fused together and can't move, and a cleanup pass in Blender that takes longer than the generation did.

Exaro Model takes a different route. It doesn't predict a mesh. It gives the AI you already use a real modeling environment, Blender 5.2, and lets it build the object part by part, the way a 3D artist would, while Exaro checks the work as it goes.

How it works

Exaro Model ships an MCP server. Connect any MCP client to it (Claude, Codex, Cursor, or a local model) and your assistant gets tools to plan an asset, build it in Blender, look at the renders it gets back and fix what it sees. You don't need to know Blender. It's the environment Exaro operates, not one you have to learn.

What a subscriber gets today:

  • Guided modeling in Blender 5.2. Your AI builds from basic techniques, guided by Exaro's building guide and lessons.
  • Live model checks with automatic fixes. While your AI builds, Exaro checks the model on the Exaro Build Service and fixes common faults automatically.
  • Construction kits. For the parts that have to fit, join or move, your AI orders a kit by name and it comes out right first time: sized to your parts, seated where it belongs, with its animation clips.
  • Reference guidance. Real-world size ranges, usual part structure and construction notes for common objects, so your AI designs its own object well instead of copying someone else's.
  • Humanoid rigging and animation. Rig and animate a humanoid character you already have, in a T-pose or A-pose; separate clothing follows the body.
  • Critic, review and compare tools, so your AI can critique a build and compare versions.
  • GLB and FBX export for Unreal, Unity and Godot.

Why build instead of generate

A generated mesh is one surface. A built model is made of parts: a door that is its own object with its hinge in the right place, a wheel that can spin, a drawer that can slide. That's the difference between a statue of a fridge and a fridge your player can open.

It also means your AI can reason about the model. It can see that a chair leg is floating two centimetres above the floor, or that a handle passes through a door, and fix it, because each piece is something it built and can name.

What our studio builds with the same tools

Everything in this section was built in our studio with the tools behind Exaro Model. Those capabilities reach Exaro Model as they pass our quality gates; the list above is what's in the product today.

The Flyable Narrow-Body Airliner has 150 seats, a full flight deck, and doors, gear, flaps, slats and spoilers that move. Its master model has 4.75 million triangles; the game-ready version derived from it is a 657K-triangle mesh with baked PBR textures and an LOD chain down to a 4K-triangle proxy.

The 20-tonne Crawler Excavator has hydraulic cylinders that stay pinned to their lugs through the whole stroke, and a bucket linkage that's solved every frame so nothing slides or stretches.

Straight into Unreal

Finished assets can go straight into your open Unreal editor, re-imported and verified, and Exaro Unreal takes it from there: placement, Blueprints and play-testing. (Sending to Unreal needs Exaro Unreal, which is sold separately.)

Pricing

Exaro Model is $29 a month, or $249 a year (two months free), for one person on up to two machines. Studio is $999 a year for five seats. Every plan includes commercial use of everything you make. See pricing for the details, or read the Exaro Model docs to see how setup works.
